  • Brasseur Transport Acquisition

    Dear all,

I am pleased to announce that today we closed on the acquisition of Brasseur Transport. Founded in 1953 and based in La Prairie, Quebec, Brasseur specializes in liquid bulk transportation across Canada and the US. The company has developed a stellar reputation for quality and innovation, and is generating close to $30 million in annual revenue. This acquisition strengthens our positioning in the growing chemical and food grade liquid bulk markets.

Fannie Brasseur will continue to lead the organization which will operate as a standalone entity within TFI International. Fannie will report directly to Pierre Labarre with broad oversight by Scott Talbot, and will benefit from the support of Michel Brasseur who has led Brasseur Transport since 1995 and will serve as a consultant.

Please join me in welcoming Fannie and the entire Brasseur Transport team to the TFI International family.

    Regards,

    Alain Bédard, FCPA, FCA
    Chairman of the Board,
    President & Chief Executive Officer
